Dekton's excellent scratch resistance makes it perfect for daily use. Its hardness is equivalent to that of quartz and reaches 7 out of 10 points on the Mohs hardness scale.

Dekton is characterized by very low porosity, making it extremely resistant to water and stains that can be easily removed with common cleaning agents.
Resistant to Extreme Temperatures and Fire
The low coefficient of thermal expansion makes Dekton ideal for applications exposed to sudden temperature fluctuations. The A1 certification recognizes Dekton as a non-combustible material.
UV Resistant
Dekton is insensitive to UV radiation. Its color does not fade or weaken over time. It retains the same appearance as on the first day of installation, regardless of whether it is used for indoor or outdoor applications.
